<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a compressor from becoming excessively negative pressure on its inlet side if a moisture removing apparatus arranged on the inlet side of the compressor become a bad condition. SOLUTION: In a pressurizing supply apparatus wherein a moisture removing apparatus 1 is provided on the inlet side of a compressor 2, on-off valves 10, 12, 16 are provided on the inlet and outlet sides of the moisture removing apparatus 1 and on the inlet side of the compressor 2, and a pressure detector 19 is provided between the on-off valves 12, 16 and a controller 20 stopping the operation of the compressor 2 when the pressure detector 19 detects a predetermined pressure or more is provided.</p> |
