<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of outflow products by clarifying the positions of all defective parts by automatically inserting defective part marking pieces without manual aid into the side edge part of a sheet having the defective parts such as pinholes of all of wound coils in a defective part marking piece inserting device which is used in the winding stage of the sheet such as an aluminum foil and to raise yield by improvement of productivity and safety and reduction of the cut/scrapped part of sheet products. SOLUTION: The defective part marking piece 5 inserting device is provided with a mechanism 10 for delivering the defective part marking pieces 5 of a prescribed length by being operated by the detected signal from a defective part detector for sheets such as the aluminum foil. At the time of winding the sheet such as the alminum foil, the defective part marking piece 5 which is delivered from the delivering mechanism 10 to the detected places of the defective parts of the sheet is made to fall by gravity and the defective part marking pieces 5 are made to be present in an inserted state in the side edge parts of the parts of the sheet equivatent to the defective parts of the wound coil.</p> |
