This invention relates to an attachment member, more particularly to an attachment member for use with an information display panel. The attachment member consists of a shank having a first end and a second end. An arm extends transversely to the shank at or near the first end and a panel securing means extends from the shank at or near the second end. A tie is provided on the attachment member for securing it about a cross-member of a rack. |
