摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station output level control method where power consumption of a satellite is always set to an optimum value which secures the power consumption of the satellite through channels to make the power consumption of the satellite efficient in a satellite mobile communication system and where a carrier output level from a base station is always set to an optimum value which secures channels to enable using lots of the channels as much as possible in the case of applying the method to a ground station mobile communication system. SOLUTION: In an FDMA mobile communication system that controls a carrier output setting level of a satellite or a base station corresponding to a propagation state between a mobile terminal and the satellite or the base station, this communication channel control method divides a dynamic range of the carrier output setting level into n and divides a frequency band assigned to the system into n. A difference of the carrier output setting level between the small frequency bands adjacent to the divided each small bands is made into 1/n of the dynamic range and a channel of the small frequency bands corresponding to the carrier output setting level requested from each of the mobile terminal station is assigned to the mobile terminal station in accordance with the propagation state.
