A method for carrying an increased amount of data on a data transmission line (20) in a data bus (14), or the like. Data is combined from a plurality of output data lines (16) in summing circuits (18) and the result is provided to a lesser quantity of bus lines (20) and transmitted therethrough. The combined data is processed at a receive end in such a manner as to correlate ordered sets (40) of data which, in a determined unique solutions operation (42) is used to replicate the data originally obtained from the output data lines (16) of the data bus (14). |
