It consists of a screw 3 which is fixed directly to one of the elements 1 to be coupled through a threaded hole 4 in the latter, said screw 3 passing through the other element 2 with interposition of a self-lubricated sleeve 5, the screw 3 being tightened by means of said sleeve 5 which, via one of its ends, rests on the end element 1 whilst, via the other, it receives the action of the head 6 of the screw 3 with interposition of a washer 7. A spacer washer 9 mounted on the inner end of the sleeve 5 separates the two elements 1 and 2 to be coupled, which elements may be connecting rods, cranks or the like. <IMAGE>
