PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the simple small-sized image input output device using a conventional display device at a low cost with high performance where coincidence of sight lines is realized. SOLUTION: A video image of a sender is photographed by a small-sized camera 21 and a video image of a recipient is displayed on a screen /LCD 22 as a display window 23. The small-sized camera 21 is placed at a prescribed place in a case 20 that acts like an outer frame of the image input output device. Then a relative position of the both is controlled by a control section in a direction so that the small-sized camera 21 and the display window 23 that represents a video image of the recipient displayed on the screen /LCD 22 approach. |
