<p>PURPOSE:To provide the thin film transistor(TFT) matrix for LCD driving which has superior display characteristics by reducing a DC level shift due to gate voltage variation. CONSTITUTION:A TFT matrix which has the shield 4 of a conductive layer superposed on a gate bus line 2 across an insulating layer 3 is constituted. Further, a TFT matrix which has the shield 4 of a continuous transparent conductive layer overlapping the gate bus line 2 and a display electrode 11 across insulating layers 3 and 5 is constituted.</p> |
