<p>PURPOSE:To provide the title heater which can be adapted for a small amount of hot-water storage being a main cause of hindrance for commercializing it particularly from the viewpoint of a selling price, and is made so that hot water is not used up even if water temperature at the bottoms of a tank becomes high, due to the influence of the amount of the rest of water, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a specified period of time comes, water temperature within a tank 1 is detected by a thermal sensor 4 provided near the hot-water supply port of the tank 1 and whether the water temperature is at a desired temperature or higher, or not is determined by a hot-water temperature- presetting means 10. When the water temperature is lower than the desired temperature, the hot-water temperature-presetting means 10 presets hot-water temperature so that the water within the tank 1 may be heated up to a control temperature corresponding to the water temperature detected. On the other hand, when it is at the desired temperature or higher, the hot-water temperature- presetting means 10 presets the hot-water temperature so that the water within the tank 1 may be heated up to the maximum control temperature of different kinds of the control temperatures.</p> |
