PURPOSE:To simplify a mechanism and to easily secure the space for mounting a shutter, a stop, etc., by supporting a lens barrel with a guide shaft and a driving shaft which are arranged in parallel to the optical axis movably in the optical axis direction and setting the distance between the guide shaft and driving shaft to less than the distance to the outward shape of the lens barrel. CONSTITUTION:The lens barrel 51 is supported on a camera main body by the driving shaft 160 and guide shaft 158 movably in the optical axis direction and moves in spiral motion on the driving shaft 160 by the rotation of the driving shaft 160, so a sufficient movement distance can be secured. The distance between the driving shaft 160 and guide shaft 158 is set to less than the length between the optical axis and the outward shape of the lens barrel 51. Further, the lens barrel 51 is put in linear motion by the rotation of the driving shaft 160 while supported by the driving shaft 160 and guide shaft 158. Consequently, the mechanism for driving the optical system is simplified, the shape of the lens barrel 51 is not limited, and the space for mounting the shutter, diaphragm, etc., on the lens barrel 51 is easily secured. |
