Consisting of a panel independent of the telephone apparatus, intercommunicating with the telephone line, possessing a memory and recording system and characterized in that it has push-buttons which will have, on their front part, an area intended for bearing the image, anagram, logo, photo or identifying sign of the telephone, engraved on said push-button, in such a manner that it will be possible to activate dialling of the telephone number by means of slight pressure on the push-button, oral communication taking place by means of the ear piece and microphone of the conventional telephone. <IMAGE>
