摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide a load follow-up building cooling facility without any drain pipe which can be simply additionally installed after following an increased thermal load accompanying with an office automation by a method wherein a drain water evaporation mechanism for evaporating drain water generated at a surface of a heat exchanger with air passing within an indoor device is arranged below the heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:A heat source cabinet cabinet 111 capable of storing a plurality of heat source devices 96 is formed within a non-dwelling space of a building. A required number of heat source devices are incremented in response to an increased cooling load at the heat source cabinet 111. A refrigerant pipe is arranged between these devices or between a newly installed or an already installed indoor device 10 so as to form optionally a heat pump corresponding to the load within a building. A drain evaporating mechanism 20 for evaporating the drain water generated at a surface of a heat exchanger 104 of the indoor device 10 with air passing within the indoor device 10 is arranged below a heat exchanger 104. With such an arrangement, in the case that the indoor device is to be incremented, it is not necessary to arrange a troublesome drain pipe and it can be easily incremented.</p>
