Factory-fitted hinge fittings are slid over gate-post and the ends of the gate are pressed into them. The gate (1) is attached to the gate-post (2) by factory-fitted hinges. The gate, gate-post and hinge fitting (4) are all supplied to the assembly line from a storage area. The gate and gate-post are then joined together by sliding the fittings over the post and pressing them into the ends of the gate. |
