Chronometer device for determination of liability in a motor vehicle accident when a chain of vehicles is involved

Device comprises a chronometer with two screens is connected to two electrical contacts fixed at the front and back of the vehicle. When there is an impact at front or rear a sliding contact is displaced which stops the chronometer screen associated with the particular contact. A second impact of the remaining face stops the second chronometer screen.
