The invention concerns a rotary device for cutting out cardboard blanks (5) between two rolls whereof one at least is a cutting roll, comprising peeling means for consisting of prehensile elements (22, 22') arranged on rotary elements (31), between which the lap is driven and comprising a sharp-edged zone (23, 40) designed to penetrate into the cut out blank (5) peel (5a) so as to separate it from the rest of the blank (5b) during the rotation, the prehensile elements (22, 22') comprising a base (27, 38) wider in cross-section than the sharp-edged zone (23, 40) projecting from the outer surface of the rotary elements, by a value (d) not less than the blank thickness.
