The structure comprises a series of modules which can be stacked by surface coupling of their upper and lower parts, which begin on support feet on the ground which can be graduated in terms of height and which finish at their upper end in a module of a height which can be graduated, each module comprising various tubular elements in the situation corresponding to the vertical ridges of a parallepipedal body which have pivots which project laterally on a number of the faces and are intended to receive the flattened ends of bracing bars, and some of the columns of the module being connected to the adjacent columns by means of other transverse bars whose ends have collars which can be inserted in the columns and which slide along them. It is intended for supporting loads, especially shuttering (formwork) panels. <IMAGE>
