The cooker has a metallic ring (4), forming the cooking surface, which is fixed to the top of a cylindrical column (1) by a sleeve (25). A bowl (5), that forms a hearth, is supported by a bracket (6) which is joined to a sleeve (7) that slides on the column. This rests on a lower sleeve (8) which is connected to a lever (10) that adjusts the height of the hearth.
