There are described novel neuroserpins of the formulas I or II, including the separate coding and coded sequences of these compounds of the formulas I or II. These compounds may be used as at least one active compound in a medicament. The coded peptide sequences of these compounds may be used as targets for the development of pharmaceutical drugs. The coding nucleotide sequences of these compounds may be used as components of vectors for gene therapeutical applications and for cell engineering.
