The invention relates to the manufacturing procedure of a preimpregnated material/sheet, also known as pre-preg, prepared from thermosetting resins, preferably from phenol/furan resins and glass fibres, preferably from glass cloth and glass mat. The resin contains catalyst hardly dissolving in water, which enables the attainment the "B" stage. According to the invention the manufacturing of the product does not need drying, and that is why the product can be manufactured on a small machine and the air pollution is minimized. In the procedure according to the invention high filler content phenol-furan resin systems can be used, which improve the quality of the product considerably.
