The invention relates to a synchronous machine-type electric turbogenerator. The aim of the invention is to reduce friction losses whilst positively influencing the heating ratios. To this end, the turbogenerator is enclosed in a tight outer housing (14) which can be evacuated in order to evacuate the space between the rotor (1) and the stator (11, 12) of the turbogenerator. |
