<p>The invention concerns a disposable device for the automatic injection of a dose of a medicinal product, comprising a syringe (1) and a plunger rod (7) provided with a flange (9) located in a housing formed by a front (11) part and a rear (10) part fitted into each other and sliding relative to each other over a short travel between forward and rearward positions. Said device further comprises means for maintaining (35) the flange (9) and the plunger rod (7) arranged for injection by the action of a thrusting spring (50) in the forward position of the housing parts (10, 11), and the withdrawal of the syringe (1) inside the housing, after injection, in the rearward position of said housing parts. The device also comprises means (28, 29) displaying the maintaining means (35) at the end of the injection.</p> |
