The invention concerns a torque sensor consisting of an assembly comprising two outer rings (14a, 14b) and one inner ring (15) integral in rotation with a column (2) whereon the torque to be measured is applied, elastically deformable means linking the inner ring (15) to the outer ring (14b), the other outer ring remaining substantially unstressed, the sensor comprising means for measuring small movement such as at least a Hall-effect sensor (9). The invention also concerns steering devices equipped with such torque sensors, for example for power steering systems. |
