摘要 A method for manufacturing lithium ion battery by which a lithium ion battery in which a sufficiently strong joining strength is obtained between positive and negative electrodes and ionically conductive layers (separator) while ionic conductivity is secured between the positive and negative electrodes and the separators by sticking the positive and negative electrodes to the separators with an adhesive resin can be manufactured. Since a process for applying an adhesive solution (4) which is a mixture of the resin and a solvent and in which the resin does not dissolve in the solvent completely at a temperature lower than a room temperature to the joint surfaces of the separators (3) and electrodes (1 and 2) by heating the solution, a process for putting the separator (3) and electrodes (1 and 2) together by facing their joint surfaces to each other, and a process for drying the adhesive solution are successively performed in the method, the uniform application of the adhesive solution is secured by improving the solubility of the resin at the time of applying the adhesive solution, and the flowing out and penetration of the adhesive solution due to the deteriorated fluidity of the adhesive solution after application are prevented. Therefore, the electrodes can be stuck to the separators in excellent states.
