摘要 By means of a stabilizer (13) the swinging movements of the cable are damped. Grip arms (2) and holding-down devices (4) are also provided. Two parallel-acting and tongs-type grip arms (2) are provided on the gripper frame (1) and in the direct vicinity of the gripper arms holding-down devices are arranged symmetrically and pivotably. The holding-down devices at their ends have a movable pressure roller. The stabilizer is held by a rotary joint with a suitable degree of freedom on the gripper frame. The pivoting of the holding-down devices occurs under radio remote control by means of suitable hydraulic operating cylinders (6).
