The column (5) is retained by a holder (7) and supports a rotary head (11) rotatable around a vertical axis. The rotary head is provided with a horizontal guide for a jib (12) displaceable horizontally, on which a raisable and lowerable lift rope (14) is provided, operable by means of a winch. The column is telescopic, and is accommodated with its lower part (5a) on the holder, whilst its upper part (5b) supports the rotary head. The holder is formed as a clamp device, releasably fitted to the transport medium.
