<p>Disclosed is a metal cabinet for storing documents and other articles which, in particular, can be assembled into a desired structure. The cabinet includes a knockdown cabinet main body (1) defining an open front end which comprises a back panel (2), side panels (3 and 4) attached to either side of the back panel (2), and top and bottom panels (5 and 6) which are attached to upper and lower ends of the back panel (2), respectively, across the side panels (3 and 4). The edges of the panels are provided with frame portions which can engage with each other. The back panel (2) is secured to the side panels (3 and 4), and the side panels (3 and 4) are secured to the top and bottom panels (5 and 6) via engagement members (45 and 52) provided in the respective frame portions. </p> |
