The present invention is a ski exercise machine which simulates the movements of person snow skiing so as to especially develop the muscles particular to snow skiing. A tubular support frame (20) pivotally supports a pair of elongate foot support arms (60), the front end of which are pivotally connected to the frame for multiple axes rotation. The rear end of the foot support arms each have a foot pedal (80) which support the user in an elevated position. Handle bars (200) having an upper U-shaped gripping portion and a downwardly extending post which is pivotally attached to the frame and tie bar creates a lateral motion of the upper end and gripping portion oppositely timed with the foot support arms for upper body balance, and conditioning.
