A thermoelectric generator generates electricity when there is a temperature difference. A solar generator receives light such as sunlight and generates electricity. The electric power generated by the thermoelectric generator and the solar generator is supplied to a storage means via a switching means , thus charging the storage means. An electronic timepiece circuit and a display means are powered by the storage means and provide a display of time.
