Method for charging the use of programmed or program-technically available services

The tariff charging method has two processes, for the tariff charging programme and the user surface respectively. the method is initiated upon initiation of a multi-tasking environment, with subsequent initiation of the tariff charging via a tariff charge manager when an internet service is selected via the user surface. A respective tariff charge manager may be associated with each available internet service, for providing the corresponding tariff charge data for the tariff charging programme.
