PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish certain connections by preventing a poor performance of contacting between a lead electrode and a safety valve. SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution injecting device 1 is formed in a double pipe structure consisting of an outer pipe 4 having outside dimensions corresponding to the opening diameter of a battery can 202 and an electrolytic solution injection nozzle 2 as an inner pipe having a smaller diameter than the outer pipe 4 and serving as a passage for electrolytic solution, wherein the outer pipe 4 is connected with a vacuum pump 50. The electrolytic solution is injected from the nozzle 2 located internally while the battery can 202 is sucked on the side with outer pipe 4 to generate a evacuated condition. |
