SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of new metallocomplexes of pyridine-containing derivatives of porphyrazine exhibiting good solubility in organic solvents and can be used as dyes, catalysts, semiconductors for thin-film microelectronics, biologically active substances, photoactivating agents and so on. Invention relates to the synthesis of metallocomplexes of dipyridine-di-(tert. -butyl-benzo)-porphyrazine of the formula (I) <EMI ID=0.199 HE=42 WI=45 TI=CHI> where M - Cu, Co. Metallocomplexes of dipyridine-di-(tert.-butylbenzo)-porphyrazine are synthesized by interaction of 5/6-tert.-1,3,3-trichloroisoindolenine and 1-amino-3-imino-4/7-azaiso-indolenine in acetone in the presence of triethylamine, hydroquinone, sodium methylate and salts of corresponding metals.
