<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rectifier in which a high-quality insulating film can be formed, whose operability can be enhanced and in which a man-hour can be reduced and to obtain a manufacturing method for an alternator for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A rectifier assembly 43 is assembled by using a - side heat sink assembly 40, a + side heat sink assembly, a circuit board assembly 34 and a guide 35. Then, connecting terminals 32a, 33a, 34a, for a stator coil, at the rectifier assembly 43 are chucked by using a grounded chucking jig 39. Then, a powder coating which is charged positively with electricity is sprayed on the rectifier assembly 43 in this state, and the powder coating is electrostatically attracted to the exposed metal face of the rectifier assembly 43. After that, a heating treatment is executed, the powder coating is hardened by hooting, and an insulating film is formed on the exposed metal face of the rectifier assembly 43.</p> |
