<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cement composition improved in initial fluidity, reduced in slump loss and excellent in executability and durability by compounding a reclaimed aggregate prepared from a demolition material of concrete, a dispersing agent consisting essentially of a polyoxyalkylene compound and a hydraulic composition. SOLUTION: This composition is obtained by including a reclaimed coarse aggregate, a reclaimed fine aggregate and a reclaimed aggregate fine powder prepared from a demolition material of a hardened concrete, a hardened mortar or a hardened cement paste, a dispersing agent consisting essentially of a compound having a polyoxyalkylene in the molecular structure and a hydraulic composition. The polyoxyalkylene in the dispersing agent preferably has 20-500 number of added mol of a 2-5C oxyalkylene group and the content of the polyoxyalkylene is preferably >=50 wt.% in the dispersing agent molecule. The amount of the dispersing agent is preferably 0.03-1 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the hydraulic composition. The hydraulic composition contains a baked material prepared from a municipal refuse incinerated ash, a sewage sludge incinerated ash, etc., as a raw material and a gypsum.</p> |
