PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to miniaturizing, light weight and low cost by a method wherein a magnetic equipment is composed of a soft magnetic core and a hard magnetic body vertically impressing a magnetic path of the soft magnetic core with a magnetic field. SOLUTION: When a soft magnetic core 1 made of ferrite is impressed with a magnetic field in the vertical directin to the magnetic path, the magnetic wall of the soft magnetic core 1 is vanished to cut down the hysteresis loss caused by the irreversible shifting of the magnetic wall. Next, a ring type soft magnetic core 1 made of Ni-Zn ferrite of 49.0 Fe2 O3 -20.0 NiO- residual ZnO (mol.%) in the dimension of outer diamter 15 mm, inner diameter 10 mm ϕ, thickness 5 mm, specific resistance 5×10<6> Ωcm and a ring type magnetized hard magnetic body 2 made of Sr ferrite in the dimension of outer diameter 15 mm ϕ, inner diameter 10 mm ϕthickness 5 mm-25 mm are compounded to manufacture a compound magnetic core 3. In such a constitution, the magnetizing direction of the hard magnetic body 2 is the axial direction of the same 2. Furthermore, the compound magnetic core 3 is provided with a toroidal coil 4 to manufacture a coil part 5. |
