PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized, small-in-height electric double-layer capacitor by modifying a basic structure of a conductive collector and making a basic cell and its laminated body thin drastically. SOLUTION: A reinforcement member 2' embedded in a conductive collector body is used in a basic cell. The reinforcement member 2' consists of a thin punched plate with a small thickness h2. In the conductive collector body, a punched plate with continuously punched holes is embedded in conductive rubber in a body and formed into a sheet. Then, the basic cell and its laminated body are made thin drastically, and as a result, a small-sized, small-in-height electric double layer capacitor which is made up of the laminated body and its exterior part being, suitable for a small up-to-date electronic component can be obtained. |
