PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive system, in which the changes of electrical appliances is seldom, the cost is low, and the introduction of which is easy. SOLUTION: This system which centralizedly manages a plurality of electrical appliances executes radio communication with a terminal unit 200 registered in a host unit 100 and is connected to the respective electrical appliances which are management objects. When the electric appliance does not correspond to the system, it is connected to a power control unit 400, and the terminal unit 200 is connected. Based on a control signal by radio communication from the houst unit 100 the corresponding electrical appliance or the power control unit 400 is controlled, and the state of the corresponding electrical appliance is detected and is reported to the host unit 100. When the electrical appliance does not cope with to the system the power control unit 400 controls the supply of operation power, so that the electrical appliances to which the system does not cope with can be incorporated into the system. |
