PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform rescuing in emergency by allowing a calling party transmitting in the predicament to conduct through transmission by, for example, a single-action operation. SOLUTION: This device includes a mobile communication line network, an exchange station 24 and a regional center 26. A mobile communication terminal 22 has a storage means for storing identification data, a GPS radio wave reception means and an emergency signal transmission means for transmitting an emergency signal, including the identification data and a first position signal received by the GPS radio wave reception means. The mobile communication line network is equipped with the GPS radio wave reception means, and includes a repeater station 23 for transmitting a second position signal received by the GPS radio wave reception means and to repeat an emergency signal from the mobile communication terminal. The regional center 26 is connected to the exchange station 24 with a general telephone line network 25, has a storage means for storing prescribed data, specifies the position of the mobile communication terminal 22 on the basis of the emergency signal, including the identification data from the repeater station 23 and the second position signal, and obtains the prescribed data. |
