<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently form a large number of curve-shaped concave portions having a smooth cross section by a laser light. SOLUTION: A mask 2 is arranged at a focal position on the incident side of a projection lens 1, and a glass substrate 3 is at a focal position on the ejection side of the projection lens 1. Then, when a laser light is ejected, a Fourier transformation image 2a of the mask 2 is generated on the surface of the glass substrate 3. In this case, the space distribution of the laser light strength of the Fourier transformation image 2a is designed to be a sin waveform, and a concave portion having a curve shape (arc shape) in the cross section is formed on the surface of the glass substrate 3 corresponding to the space distribution of the laser light strength.</p> |
