<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing the laminate and heel body structure of a grand piano, capable of properly preventing the occurrence of a gap between a laminate and a heel under the application of a simple and inexpensive method, and subsequently improving the appearance of the grand piano. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method involves a heel preparation process for preparing a heel 3 having a peripheral shape agreeing to the peripheral shape of a grand piano, a laminate preparation process for preparing a laminate 2 having a peripheral shape nearly agreeing to the internal surface form of the heel 3, a recess forming process for continuously forming a recess 5 on the external surface 2a of the laminate 2 so as to extend vertically and continues in a peripheral direction, and a bonding process for bonding the internal surface 3a of the laminate 3 to the external surface 2a of the laminate 2 having the recess 5 formed thereon.</p> |
