PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure accurately an error rate while a reception characteristic is in a state close to an actual use state in the case that transmission and reception are conducted in a time division multiplex radio channel. SOLUTION: A high frequency signal generator 10 consists of a standard coding signal generating section 101 that adds a short preamble and a short synchronization word and transmits a standard coding signal with an information channel part, a synchronization burst signal generating section 102 that transmits a long preamble and a long synchronization word, and a CPU control section 104 that automatically switches to sends the standard coding signal after sending a synchronization burst signal for a prescribed time.
