PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a solar cell wherein producing is easy and conversion efficiency is good. SOLUTION: A first electrode 3 is partially formed on a semiconductor having a first polarity, a first coating material 4 comprising a glass part is coated on the semiconductor, the first coating material 4 is fixed, then a second coating material 5 comprising a dopant element which provides the semiconductor with a second polarity and a glass component is coated on the first coating material 4, which is heated have the dopant element diffused so that a part of the semiconductor surface is set as the second polarity, and a second electrode 8 is formed on the semiconductor which has become the second polarity. |
