<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positively chargeable electrostatic latent image developing toner which produces no white speckles and to provide an electrophotographic developer. SOLUTION: This electrostatic charge image developing toner consists of at least a binder resin, a coloring agent and silica particles. The silica particles have 0.1 to 2μm average particle size measured by a centrifugal sedimentation method. The electrophotographic developer consists of toner particles comprising at least a binder resin and a coloring agent, silica particles having 0.1 to 2μm average particle size measured by a centrifugal sedimentation method of silica particles, and carrier particles. This developer is controlled in such a manner that the electrification sequence of the constituent particles is made of, from the lower side, carrier particles, toner particles and silica particles.</p> |
