PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photosensitive coating liquid excellent in retention stability and to produce a photosensitive lithographic printing plate having good printing adaptability without decreasing the production efficiency. SOLUTION: This photosensitive coating liquid is prepared by separately storing (A) a binder, (B) a compd. having polymerizable ethylene-type unsatd. double bonds in the molecule, (C) a photopolymn. initiator, (D) a pigment and (E) a coating solvent while preventing coexistence of the components (C) and (D), and then mixing the components (A) to (E). |
