PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the adhesiveness of a film for agriculture by forming an acrylic resin film through copolymerization of specific unsaturated carboxylic acid and another vinyl monomer, on either single or both faces of a soft vinyl chloride resin film obtained by blending inactive solid particles and a specific hindered amine compound. SOLUTION: A film of acrylic resin C obtained by copolymerizing 5-40% of hydroxyalkyl (meth)acrylate compound, 0-20 wt.% ofα,βunsaturated carboxylic acids containing one or two or more of carboxyl group in a molecule, and another vinyl monomer which is copolymerizable with them is formed on one or both faces of a flexible vinyl chloride resin film B obtained by blending inactive solid particles A with a hindered amine compound containing one or more pieces of structural unit represented by general formula in one molecule. In the formula, R1 -R4 are each a 1-4C alkyl group. The content of the hindered amine compound is set to be 0.05-1.0 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the vinyl chloride resin.
