PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solution for problems wherein a heavy work is required for forming an input sheet or an application and changing of the input sheet is hard because designing of the input sheet and forming of the application for reading the input content are independently carried out by a manual operation by each job in a system for forming an input sheet for OCR or OMR. SOLUTION: There are prepared beforehand a standard format of an input sheet, a reading program corresponding to the standard format of the input sheet and a standard program for error checking of the input sheet. The forming of the input sheet is carried out by combination of optimum standard sheets. By selecting a standard input sheet, an application corresponding to the standard input sheet is automatically selected and the reading program is formed. |
