PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to grasp the operation start of a mobile information communication body even when the user owning the communication body is separated from a reader/writer with respect to a mobile information communication body such as an IC card capable of communicating a signal with a reader/ writer in a non-contact state and executing operation in accordance with the reception of a prescribed signal from the reader/writer. SOLUTION: When a transmitting/receiving circuit 11 constituting a communication means for communicating a signal with a reader/writer 2 in a non-contact state receives a prescribed signal in an IC card 1 e.g. a control circuit 14 generates oscillation by controlling an oscillation element 13 constituting an informing means at the time of executing operation in accordance with the reception of the signal to inform a user of the start of operation. Various information, a control program, etc., are stored in a memory 12. The circuit 14 allows the element 13 to generate oscillation of a different period in accordance with the sort of operation e.g. sound or light can also be used as an informing means. |
