摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To normally detect ON defective pixels and to restore bright defects by successively forming the color filters corresponding to plural colors by an electrodeposition method or a micelle electrolytic method using plural color electrolytic solutions each of which includes one of plural color pigments. SOLUTION: On a thin film transistor array substrate 1, source wirings 2, 2... and gate wirings 3, 3... are arranged in a crossing manner. At the 4, 4... and pixel electrodes 5, 5... are formed. Thus, a voltage is applied to the drain electrode for the pixel, which has a normally ON defect, regardless of whether voltages are applied from the wirings 3, 3... or not provided that voltages are applied to the wirings 2, 2.... Using the above, black filters 7 are formed on the electrodes 5, 5..., on which normally ON defects occur, provided that no voltage is applied to other normal pixels.
