<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an improving agent which is suitable for improving water- containing soil and recycling the soil, and provide a method for improving the soil. SOLUTION: This improving agent for water-containing soil comprises a polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component having >=5,000,000 weight-average molecular weight and containing >=85 mol.% carboxyl group- containing monomer. The method for improving water-containing soil comprises improving the water-containing soil to solidified material formed into fine particles having sufficient strength and a prescribed particle diameter by mixing the water-containing soil with the improving agent comprising the above polymer.</p> |
