PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To send an event to a computer whose communication path is not set up in a network system in a field of computers. SOLUTION: An event transmission controller 2 generates a computer information table 4 and an event transmitter 5 sends contents of the computer information table 4 to other computer with an event. An event transmission controller 3 discriminates whether or not its own computer is a computer of a final event reception destination based on the event received by an event receiver 6 and contents of the computer information table 4 and generates a new computer information table 4 when the computer is not the final event reception destination, and an event transmitter 7 sends the event and contents of the computer information table 4. If its own computer is the computer of the final event reception destination, the computer sends reception acknowledgement to the sender computer.
