<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information service system in which contents of a service are sent by effectively utilizing plural communication networks. SOLUTION: A terminal side service announce information processing section 110 acquires information, including load information imposed on communication networks A, B for each service stored in a server side service announce information processing section 210, when the processing section 110 uses a service served by a server 200. The processing section 110 uses a service whose service had already started synchronously with communication interfaces 160, 170 that start the service. When the processing section 110 uses a service that has not yet started, the processing section 110 requests the start of the service to the server side service announce information processing section 210 in synchronizing with the communication interfaces 160, 170 where the calculated total of the services which have been started for each of the communication interfaces 160, 170 is a minimum. The server 200 serves its service through requested communication interfaces 270, 280.</p> |
